• Applicable store or branch locations

3.2 You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Promotions that are expired, misleading, or falsely advertised may result in removal or account penalties.

3.3 Any customer complaints arising from inaccurate or expired offers may lead to suspension or permanent deactivation of your business profile.

4. Ownership and Licensing of Content

4.1 You confirm that you have the legal right and permission to use and publish all media and promotional content uploaded to the Diskount platform.

4.2 You grant Diskount a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote your uploaded content within the app, its marketing materials, and affiliated services.

5. Ethical Promotion Practices

5.1 You agree to use Diskount only for lawful and ethical promotional purposes.
5.2 You shall not manipulate consumers with false urgency, misleading comparisons, hidden terms, or promotions that are not genuinely available.
5.3 Diskount reserves the right to reject or remove any promotion that is deemed unethical or inappropriate for the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Diskount provides an advertising platform and shall not be held responsible for the success, failure, or redemption of any listed offer or the results of any promotional activity.
8.2 All responsibility for customer satisfaction, offer validity, and redemption logistics lies solely with the business user.

9. Modifications to Terms

Diskount may update or modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By checking the box or clicking “Agree” during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the above Terms of Use, and you agree to abide by them as a registered business user of the Diskount platform.
